Delivery will be made to the address specified by the client during normal business hours.

After the order leaves our warehouses, delivery will be made between 48 and 72 hours (for Peninsular orders). Please contact us at 923 42 20 27 if you have a reduced availabilty for delivery times.

If you do not receive the merchandise in perfect condition or if you are missing part of your order, please inform the delivery service on the packing slip when you sign for the delivery.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, we will replace the item or return your money. Please contact our Customer Service department at 92 342 20 27 or clientes@marcossalamanca.com. Once you have contacted us, we will send a courier service to pick up the product during normal business hours. The item should be properly repacked.
