Our Iberian Pork Shoulders are D.O. Guijuelo the first DO created in 1986,
to provide them with high quality standards.They have been made with Iberian pork, which grows
in extensive Dehesas where oaks and cork oaks create an ecosystem ideal to produce the food for them, the acorn.
A source of vitamin E, the natural antioxidant that allows the slow, unhurried healing of all our hams.

Our unique curing process makes it possible to individually refine each piece.
