Our Iberian Pork Shoulder has been made with meat from the Iberian pig,
free-range fed in extensive pastures. Acorns are a source of vitamin E, the natural antioxidant that enables
a 24 month curing process to give it its characteristic flavour.

Pork Shoulder with bright and transparent fat. Lean and marbled, with an intense cherry red colour.
With a marvellous lasting and cured aroma.
Intense scent. Fat with fluid and soft texture. Lean, juicy meat.

To guarantee the optimum degree of aging of each piece, our Technical Department measures and scores our meats according to over 12 different parameters.

Our unique curing process makes it possible to individually refine each piece.
